SmallRig Grip-Designed Powerbank for Action Cameras and Phones 5463

Q: Which devices can this grip power and mount?

It supports a wide range of action cameras, including GoPro HERO13, HERO12, and HERO11; DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro and Action 4; and Insta360 models such as X5, X4, X3, GO 3, and Ace Pro series. It also works with compatible smartphones, including select iPhone and Android models which are powered via USB-C.

Q: Can I charge and record simultaneously?

Yes. The 5000 mAh battery delivers USB-C PD fast charging through the integrated cable or the additional USB-C ports. This allows you to power your device while filming, which is particularly useful for longer outdoor recording sessions.

Q: How does the telescopic design help when shooting?

The grip extends from 9.8 to 20.6", enabling wider framing for vlogging or group shots. When collapsed, it remains compact enough for handheld use. The extension provides more flexibility without needing a separate selfie stick.

Q: How does the wireless remote work?

The included wireless remote allows you to start or stop recording from up to 30 metres away. It magnetically attaches to the grip when not in use, so it stays secure during transport.

Q: Can it be mounted on a tripod?

Yes. A 1/4"-20 thread at the base allows you to attach a mini tripod or other support. The built-in 3-prong mount and included 1/4"-20 adapter make it compatible with a wide variety of action camera mounts and cages.
