DJI Mic Mini 2 Case (1TX + 1 Mobile RX)

Q: Is this charging case compatible with older DJI Mic systems?

No, it is designed specifically for the DJI Mic Mini 2 system. It is not compatible with the original DJI Mic, DJI Mic 2, or the earlier Mic Mini. The internal layout and charging contacts are specific to this configuration.

Q: How much extra recording time does the case provide?

A fully charged case provides around 1.3 additional full charges for the transmitter. That brings total operating time up to around 24 hours, assuming standard conditions and noise cancellation off.

Q: Can I store accessories inside the case?

Yes, the case holds the transmitter, mobile receiver, windscreen, and magnetic accessories. There is space to keep the magnetic clip or cover attached, which helps avoid removing parts between uses.

Q: How long does it take to recharge the case itself?

Charging takes about one hour under normal conditions using a suitable 5V power source. It is quick enough to top up during short breaks or between shoots.
