Calibrite ColorChecker Passport Video 2

Q: What photographic targets does this colour tool include?

There are four main targets on the ColorChecker Passport Video 2: Classic, Video Colour, Grey Scale, and White Balance.

Q: Why can’t I use just any white object for white balancing?

Using a sheet of paper or other white object for white balance may appear as a straightforward solution. Still, these items only remain neutral under some lighting scenarios and, in fact, lack consistency. An imprecise white balance can lead to colour shifts and an absence of uniformity across different lighting conditions, causing the correction of colours to become a time-consuming task during post-processing. The Calibrite ColorChecker Passport Video 2 diminishes the worry that your white balance will be uneven.

Q: How compact is the Calibrite ColorChecker Passport Video 2?

As the name suggests, the Calibrite ColorChecker Passport Video 2 is as compact as a passport with dimensions of 125 x 90mm for lightweight and easy transportability. It also includes a handy lanyard, so your ColorChecker is always with you, ready for action.
